RT Java application recording into 100DB run OOM after a few hours.

Hi, I am running a java application that records data from 100 feeds into 100 different database - this is done is one thread. It works fine several hours - and suddenly i got an out of memory issue (I checked there is no leak in java - I cleared the entity manager every 10 new entity). 1/ I use the default objectDb.conf (i mean i dont use any - so it must be using the default somewhere). 2/ Using Netbeans, I profiled the application and I noticed that there is one thread (ODB FileWriter) running for each open DB. ... JSON serialization and __odbHidden members

Hi.. Building a REST API (Jersey-based one) I noticed that object object I serialize to JSON has a clone field with "__odbHidden" suffix, e.g.there's  "id" and "id__odbHidden" is also (unwantenly) present with the same value. In general, we can annotate fields to include/exclude them from JSON serialization, but since these fields are not declared in my classes, I have no idea how to tell marshaller to avoid them. ... content-type header of application/json and returns json data, but it has all these "hidden" entrys: { "comments": [ ], ... Transaction isolation support?

I am looking at using ObjectDB for our new project, and its looking good so far. But I have been unable to find any documentation about how transaction isolation is handled. For example: What happens If I am reading data in transaction A, and then transaction B commits while A is reading. (Especially if using LAZY fetch sub object). Do I always just get the list of objects as it looks when the fetch start? Martin   ... handled. Puzzler: Not getting cascades on read from Spring context

I've determined that the database is correctly initialized, looking at it from the Object Explorer, I can run the code that loads the database in a Junit test and it's initializing the children objects correctly, but in the application running in Jetty with Spring, fetching is not cascading. My best guess is that perhaps I have something misconfigured in my persistence.xml or my context.    -dh ... if possible, to arrange fetching of the relevant data before detachment. Degrading performance overtime
