Replication error on slave restart

I'm trying to enable replication on master server that was running with "recovery" enabled previously. I have copied database file to slave... and so on by manual. It worked fine. But if I restart slave server: #1 2014-03-01 15:53 I'm trying to enable replication on master server that was running with "recovery" enabled previously. ...

multi thread application, id field sporadically null

We are testing objectDB with a multi thread application. Each thread has it's own entityManager created from a common factory. In one thread we receive sometimes an object from the database with the field that is declared as @Id having the value null (what is not correct, we checked that with the explorer). The class is declared like this: ... #1 2014-04-10 16:04 We are testing objectDB with a multi thread application. Each thread has it's own entityManager created from ...

@Entity saved in Tomcat session - problem

Hi, I have found a problem, when storing @Entity object in Tomcat session. When starting or stopping Tomcat, I get nasty exception - please check attached log. Strange thing is, that after this exception everything works perfectly fine. The problem appears after using Enhancer. The nasty solution is to create copy of @Entity class as normal POJO and use it to store in session. The problem is, that we need the same logic for temporary users (without storing in DB) and permanent users (stored in database). A separate POJO makes the whole logic quite complicated.... works perfectly fine. The problem appears after using Enhancer. The nasty solution is to create copy of @Entity class as ...

significant performance decrease

we are using objected in embedded mode (on OS X and WINDOWS). The database increased now to around 400000 entities of one class (database file size around 1.5 GByte). The response time of standard queries increased with this database size to an unacceptable rate (several seconds compared to around 30% when the number of entities was just half of the current). We tried to optimize the cache settings, current objectdb.conf is: <!-- ObjectDB Configuration --> <objectdb> #1 2016-03-15 14:57 we are using objected in embedded mode (on OS X and WINDOWS). A lot of ENT and SIV instances which are not cleared by GC

Hello. I have a JSF application (Glassfish 4, Java 8, ObjectDB 2.6.0). In some time the heap is getting 95% full with java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded.  The first screenshot from VisualVM shows used heap during a 1000 requests stress test. The second shows that after this test there are many com.objectdb.o.ENT and com.objectdb.o.SIV instances. Why isn't it cleaned? I use simple EJB managers containing EntityManagers. On bean's PreDestroy and in servlet's i make entityManager.clear(); #1 2015-02-21 17:33 Hello. I have a JSF application (Glassfish 4, Java 8, ObjectDB 2.6.0). In some time the heap is getting 9 ...
