Blocked by find

I have a container object which wraps an objectdb database. There is a "putIfAbsent(String id, Object obj)" method which is synchronized and attempts to load an object by id using the EntityManager "find" method. If nothing is returned from the db the passed object is persisted to the db. I have 5 threads which use this method. In a run today one of the threads seems to have got stuck somewhere in the find. The thread dump looks like: ... and all other waiting. A dump of the thread which made it into the wrapper looks like: Name: uatsrtlonw342-WSAgent-1-New/4 State: ... Memory leak while merging parent with No Cascade annotation with children

Hello support, While tracking memory leak in my application i suspected a memory leak in the merging object db implementation. Querying error - java.lang.ClassCastException: com.objectdb.o.STV

I'm getting the ClassCastException below when querying objects. As yet I haven't been able to track down the exact circumstance in which it occurs - saving and querying objects works fine on attempts to recreate - but presumably at some point an object gets saved which objectdb doesn't like. Empty query results after JAR creation

Hi, I struggle with a strange issue. I've embedded ObjectDB in a small application to query cases. Within Netbeans everything works fine but when I create a  JAR File and executed via "Java -Jar xyz.jar", I get either empty results or on some cases a "NoResultException" which appears to report the same issue. Optimization Question

One of our uses for your ObjectDB software is in maintaining the current state of a large number of data objects called tracks. These tracks change very frequently over time (every 10-15 seconds is not unreasonable), but they are also very large complex data structures so it's extremely difficult to identify exactly what fields have changed from one update to the next. Currently the following sequence executes when a track update comes in: - If it’s a new track simply add it to the database.... and with about 100 other things to work on that falls into the category of "if it ain't broke don't fix it" because what we're ... has just been released (2.0 RC3) improves performance of insert/update/delete operations significantly. How to add minutes to a Date with JPA2

Hi,  I have to sum to a date of minutes, and check the date obtained is greater than the current date. persistence.xml classes not respected by ObjectDB

Hi! I have the following persistence.xml. The problem is that ObjectDB loads all the classes in P1 (+ their embeddable classes). P2 is created properly, but P1 gets all entity classes (from P2 also). How can this be avoided, so that both P1 and P2 get just the classes that were specified to each?
