JPQL keyword in entity - what to do?

Hi, I have a problem with entity that is using one of JPQL keywords as one of the fields. It's a 'type' field. When I try to build a query that looks for example like this: select new ResultData(p.type.name, count(p.id)) from Product as p group by p.type.name I got this exception: ... result of type 'pl.hplxtool.model.ResultData': cannot set value 'p.type.name' at com.objectdb.o.MSG.d(MSG.java:61) ...

Unexpected Exception during commit

I'm testing code that otherwise has been working with a clean database. I have seen several examples of the following exception. It never seems to happen in the same place twice, though. If you can give me a hint as to what would internally cause this, I'll try to reproduce it. Carl   Bug Version: Priority: Normal Status: Fixed Replies: 5 Type:  Bug ...

Feature Request: Improved ObjectDB Explorer

ObjectDB explorer is mainly designed as database viewer, not editor. However, I think it can be improved to function as a capable editor also, and I think this will make ObjectDB an even better product. #1 2014-06-04 17:59 ObjectDB explorer is mainly designed as database viewer, not editor. Fantom

Hi, so far I've been able to get ObjectDb to persist objects from many JVM languages, eg.: Java/Groovy/Scala/Kotlin. However, I can't seem to get Fantom to work. Anyone tried this yet? Mapped By Fetch is very Slow

Well ! I think i pointed out a HUGE performance issue with mapped-by attribute (yeah again :( ). Here is the test case : 1- Create 100 000 entities with for each 1 entity with @OneToOne(mappedBy attribute) 2- Retrieve only 10 000 for testing 3- Wait ... On my AMD FX 8350, it took 60s Now, go the MyEntity class and remove "mapped-by". You obtain 1 second max of query fetch. #1 2015-06-19 11:05 Well ! Spring Transactions (@Transactional) within ObjectDB

Hi, We are using OBD with Spring and transactions are managed by Spring. Our spring service interfaces take list of objects and persist them and the interface service is marked as @Transactional. We iterate through the list apply business validations and persist them one by one in a loop. ( Using Spring Data) We have noticed that in a loop 1st object is persisted and then we if lookup the same object we don't get it back on lookup. #1 2013-08-26 07:54 Hi, We are using OBD with Spring and transactions are managed by Spring.
