Missing Data on Retrieval (0, null values)

I try  to export all Objects in an Flatfile-Hiearchy (.csv). But only the first exported Table contains all necessary Data. Most of the others  contains all  Object-Rows', but most Values of the Columns are missing. With a  em.clear() inside the Loop, all tables are exported correctly but the Enity-Keys do not match. I can't get the point - what am i doing wrong?   emf = Persistence.createEntityManagerFactory(dbFile); em = emf.createEntityManager(); ... from your great help for such an (un)devoloper  like me! Best regards, Harald     ...

ObjectDB's Database Doctor Incorrect Error Report

Am I reading this correctly?  It seems that Doctor is telling me that one of my objects is missing.  Looking at the database with ObjectDB's Database Explorer though seems to show that the reference to the object is good and that the object does indeed exist.   Output from Doctor Diagnose and Doctor Repair is attached.  So are the two databases and screenshots of Explorer showing the reference to the object and the existence of the object. ... 256 KB.  (So I was wasting a lot of RAM and resources like caching based on 256 KB when I only needed 64 KB based size support ...

Indexing a field results in internal Exception

I have an application that I have been converting from JPA/MySQL to JDO/ObjectDB and I have hit a problem with indexing. An index on a String field is required to give good performance but if I add the @Index annotation to the field I eventually end up with an ObjectDB internal exception.  This is reproducible, as is the program running to completion (slowly) if I remove the @Index annotation.  Is there anything I can look for that might result in this exception? ... database.  This does mean that we need to get things like this indexing bug sorted out soon.  If we can fix such glitches, I ...
