Issue with DISTINCT Select

It is getting more and more frustrating :( We've introduced distinct select instead of regular selection in our code (no changes else) and suddenly receive invalid identifiers in queries exceptions in various queries. Here's the stacktrace: Bug Version: Priority: Normal Status: Closed Replies: 12 Type:  Bug ...

Modifier operations

Hi, Today I was reading about different NoSQL databases. One of those database - MongoDB - has a very nice feature, especially for web applications - modifier operations. The whole trick for those operations is to change some value in object without pulling this object from database. Cascading persistence through an inverse field

Hi! I was playing with cascading persistence with @ManyToMany and inverse @ManyToMany fields, and I noticed that I can only get cascading persistence in one direction. If the "owner" of the relationship is persistent, then objects that are added to the relationship are automatically made persistent. However, I can not get this to work the other way around. I would also like the relationship owner to be persisted if a persisted object is added on the owner side. I have included a minimal example: #1 2017-10-08 15:50 Hi!
