Multi-thread access to single EM's entities

If my entity classes have synchronized getters and setters, is it reliable for multiple threads to access a single EM's managed entities, as long as only the thread that created the EM interacts directly with it?  I've tested this and it seems to work... but I know better than to depend on the observable behavior of multithreaded code. When I run this example and examine the database, the entity contains the value set by the second thread, as expected.   ... to the classes during enhancement and these methods are not synchronized. But if these methods are invoked only from your synchronized ...

Is it possible to commit only specific elements?

Hello, As stated above, I would like to know if it is possible to commit only specific elements, or at least update a single table, disregarding the other entities loaded in the persistency context? I have a complex hierarchy of intertwined objects. Currently I am clearing my persistency context, retrieving only the needed ones, creating new ones (which I want to commit), detaching the ones I've previously retrieved and finally committing. My context is big data and performance is an issue.      ... and lists of objects as values. The map in itself does not have a problematic amount of entries but the lists contained as values hold ...

Performance in large transactions

Hello, we have a performance problem when we use a large transaction. Let's do exactly the same in several transactions the ObjectDB works much faster. In our use case, we create many new entities and between the creations we call a select query. The execution of the query becomes slower at each iteration. (In the query, we search for an item of type Entity2. However, there is only one entity.)   Pseudocode for the fast and the slow solution FAST: ... test2_ManyTransactions), mentioned in step 3, are not found in the projects.
