Update is ignored by ObjectDB

Hi! Sorry for my bad english skills. When I execute fulfilOrder, only Order entity is updated in the database, and User entity remains modified only in code, even if I go: user = smdb.find(User.class, user.id); In this source highlighted lines modifying entity, but not the database. #1 2014-01-25 20:53 Hi! persistence.xml classes not respected by ObjectDB

Hi! I have the following persistence.xml. The problem is that ObjectDB loads all the classes in P1 (+ their embeddable classes). P2 is created properly, but P1 gets all entity classes (from P2 also). How can this be avoided, so that both P1 and P2 get just the classes that were specified to each? There is no place in code where P1 tries to access classes from P2, so it makes no sense. #1 2013-08-20 07:48 Hi! I have the following persistence.xml. Cannot initialize db after inserting a java.util.List

Hi, I've spent some time trying to figure this out without success, so I'm asking for much appreciated help. I have an entity class like this: class Test { private List<String> list = new ArrayList<String>(); } I can persist and retrieve the obj just fine using standalone program, but whenever I access the db through a servlet container I get this error: objectdb.java.util.ArrayList cannot be cast to com.objectdb.spi.TrackableSysType This happens during EntityManagerFactory initialization. #1 2010-12-24 03:05 Hi, I've spent some time trying to figure this out without success, so I'm asking for much appreciated he ...

Unexpected internal exception during set field of an Embeddable to null

Hello, we get an Unexpected internal exception and have no idea what goes wrong. We can reproduce (mostly) the error in a very big use case. In the big use case and we create and persist millions of SignalValueImpl objects (Embeddables). Partly as in the stack trace an Embeddable contain another Embeddable. It seems like that we can't reproduce the problem in smaller use cases with less objects. Stack trace: #1 2016-06-24 08:36 Hello, we get an Unexpected internal exception and have no idea what goes wrong. We can reproduce ...

Hi, the following query returns records with startDate of 24/10/2015 before records with startDate of 25/10/2015: SELECT r from RecordingMetaData AS r ORDER BY r.startDate DESC, r.startTime DESC, r.channelNumber DESC If we place the same data in an SQL database and run the following query we get the records in the expected order, i.e. records with startDate of 25/10/2015 before records with startDate 24/10/2015: #1 2015-11-08 00:10 Hi, we have an object with the following fields:   private Date startDateTime ...
