Upgrade to 2.4.1_01

Hi, We tried to upgrade from 2.3.7_18 to 2.4.1_01 to pickup some fixes. We discovered that our code no longer works when using 2.4.1_01. We did some probing and found one thing. I have attached the unit test to display this issue. The problem seems to be the annotation at line 266 in the test. In our code for 2.3.7_18, we had @OneToOne(cascade=CascadeType.ALL, fetch=FetchType.EAGER), which is wrong, as Contactdetails is Embeddable, the annotation should be @Embedded. Neither annotation works with 2.4.1_01, with each giving a different error. #1 2012-07-03 05:09 Hi, We tried to upgrade from 2.3.7_18 to 2.4.1_01 to pickup some fixes. Feature suggestion: auto-detection of entities via persistence.xml extension

I am encountering problems (complexities) with EntityManager registration of entities across multiple modules in a multi-module Maven project. I have a  entities under many different paths in many different modules, and frequently evolving/changing. JPA2 persistence.xml does not seem to have support for wildcards under the <class> field. Apparently Hibernate has an autodetection extension system: hibernate.archive.autodetection https://docs.jboss.org/hibernate/entitymanager/3.6/reference/en/html/configuration.html ... Example extension usage in persistence.xml: <properties > <!-- Scan for annotated classes and Hibernate ... value = "true" /> </properties > Q1: Would it be possible to introduce such an ...
