Occasionally slow requests in load testing

We are running load testing against objectdb version 2.3.7_18. The performance is generally OK, however there are quite a few "spikes" in the performance where we are getting a lot of very slow response times from the DB, around 10 - 15 seconds. Looking at the DB server process with AppDynamics we can see that most of the requests get stuck in one of 2 places: com.objectdb.o.PGC:w: line number 232 com.objectdb.o.LFL:U: line number 1068 Please see the attached callgraph examples for full stack trace examples. ... , to true - to enforce a quick file resizing.     ...

Filename.odb$ Persisting Issue

Hi, I seem to have a frequent issue with my Filename.odb$ remaining in my /db directory after my program terminates which prevents me from running my program again due to a persistence error thrown by Eclipse. Performance problem

Hi, we have a strange performance problem with ObjectDB 2.5.3_01 and JBoss 7.1.1. We have two ObjectDB databases on one ObjectDB server. Production database is running 5-10 times slower than test database. Their size and number of records are almost identical. When running production database in separate test environment its speed is very good. We did a performance analysis on our 2 linux servers one running JBOSS and other running ObjectDB. - CPU utilization of JBOSS server is max 5-10% (per core)... your entity classes (which we do not have) results in a quick response time of about 100ms for each of them. Obviously the ...
