Changes in detach behaviour?

Hello! Today i upgraded to 2.3.5_04. My program stopped working. After some debugging i found out that all fields of retrieved objects are on their default value till i first call a getter or detach them explicitly. Up to 2.3.4 they where initialized immediately. The problem in my case is that i have a Spring DAO. It does the following: I call for example getUserByName("blub). #1 2011-12-28 10:31 Hello! Today i upgraded to 2.3.5_04. Group by date / time

Hi, I'm trying to create reporting query that will return entities grouped by year / mont / day. Each entity has it's own field that holds java.lang.Date. There is no function like YEAR(), MONTH() or DAY() in ODB. So, how to build queries similar to something like this: SELECT COUNT(id) FROM stats WHERE YEAR(record_date) = 2009 GROUP BY YEAR(record_date), MONTH(record_date) or maybe something like this: #1 2011-07-10 14:01 Hi, I'm trying to create reporting query that will return entities grouped by year / mont / day. Online Backup

Online Backup enables backing up an ObjectDB database while it is in active use by applications. The ability to create a backup while the system is running is essential in applications and services that have to be available 24/7/365. An ObjectDB database can be backed up by simply copying or archiving the database file while the database is offline (i.e. when it is not open in an ObjectDB server and not in use by any application), since an ObjectDB database is stored as an o ...
