Calendar in Criteria Querys

Hi, i am having troubles creating criteria querys for Calendar objects. As far as I can see CriteriaBuilder has no methods for checking if one Calendar is bevor or after another. Javas Calendar Class got such methods, but i dont know how to use those in my query. ... ; System. out . println ( results. size ( ) ) ;   CriteriaQuery ... ; System. out . println ( results. size ( ) ) ;   em. close ( ...

List of Enum Values in an entity

Hello, I'm new with ObjectDB and just tried out the example in the Eclipse/Glassfish tutorial (http://www.objectdb.com/tutorial/jpa/eclipse/ee). After testing was successful, I extended the Guest class with an ArrayList of Enums: private ArrayList<GuestFlag> flags; The flags are stored into the database without any problem. In the explorer I can see that it is stored as array of Strings. ... ? "null" : Integer. toString ( flags. size ( ) ) ; System. out . println ( " ... if ( flags != null && flags. size ( ) > 0 ) { for ( ...

Run out of memory

Embedded in JDO metadata not working in objectDB 2.x ?

Hi, I am using JDO access to the database with the persistence defined in package.jdo XML metadata files. multiple LEFT JOINs do not work as expected

Hi, We have a hierarchical data set of organisations in the database, where each organisation stores a reference to it parent organisation. I'm trying to find all organisations 2 levels under a root organisation, e.g. where organisation.parentOrg is the root or organisation.parentOrg.parentOrg is the root. The query also contains a number of other predicates and it is built dynamically using Criteria API. It could be looking for other number of levels, 2 is just an example. The test query looks like this: ... System. out . println ( resultList. size ( ) ) ;   em. close ( ... System. out . println ( resultList. size ( ) ) ;   em. close ( ...
