Explorer in 2.3

First, the new Explorer in ObjectDB is fantastic! This is exactly what we've needed - an easy way to do ad-hoc JPQL queries and navigate through the results and even make small changes to primitive data and Strings. After playing with it for a while, here is a list of additional features I'd love to have: 1. Export of selected data: a. Simple - Select a range of cells or a column header and copy text to the clipboard or save to a file (csv, html, etc..). (There appear to be copy menu options, but I cannot get them to work.) #1 2011-10-04 20:50 First, the new Explorer in ObjectDB is fantastic! Can't post on your forum

Since yesterday, I can't post on the forum because it always says that I should log in in order to do that. I was already logged in, but, anyway, it appeared as not. I go to log in, then I authenticate, then I'm redirected to the home page, but it still looks that I'm not logged in, so I can't post on the forum. I tried removing the cookies, but nothing. I tried in another browser, but the same. I have new bugs to post, so it's pretty important. ... F12 -> Resources), particularly cookies whose name start with odb. Use temporary files to enable very large transactions

We have transactions in which many objects are created. These objects are no longer needed in the current transaction after creation. Unfortunately, we will receive an OutOfMemory exception because the objects are kept in the first level cache of ObjectDB. In the forum thread http://www.objectdb.com/database/forum/921 on post #4 you wrote, that ObjectDB should support very large transactions in further version. Can you implement it that ObjectDB used temporary files? ... of byte arrays grows after flush and clear, although we start the GC after clear. Queries are slow on a large database

Hi, I have a 12GB database with 787603 entries. It is much larger than usual and there are performances issues. I am doing small queries and they take much longer than I expect, i.e.: Get the total number of entries Get 25 consecutive entries (i.e. 0-25) Get one specific entry On average each query needs 4 to 5 minutes to return a result. I have been adviced to use indexes but they are already used through the JDO Metadata file. For instance I use this class: #1 2014-05-28 13:05 Hi, I have a 12GB database with 787603 entries.
