Merge Issue: Attempt to reuse an existing primary key value

Hello, I have just updated my objectdb version from 2.4.6 to 2.5.5. I observed a new bug or a feature on an ordinary merge operation. This is the test case ( work in 2.4.6 version ) : 2 parents object share the same child on a ManyToMany relationship with Cascade.ALL constraint. #1 2014-06-10 08:02 Hello, I have just updated my objectdb version from 2.4.6 to 2.5.5. Saving custom list which implements java.util.List fails

Hi, I'm evaluating ObjectDB for storing Objects modeled with Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF) and encountered the following problem:   I took the Point-example from the tutorial and added a list-attribute which is declared as java.util.List but the actual Object MyList just extends ArrayList as shown below. ... But please do that in a separate thread in the issue tracking. > if somehow the internal list gets replaced fully by ...

Once served to JSF page via @EJB query bean, many list fields are null (but same query ok after fresh persist in @PostConstruct)

I have marked this as CRITICAL because although there probably is no database integrity problem, the inability to robustly query relationship fields in a web application renders the ObjectDB system seemingly useless. objectdb-2.2.5_10 NetbeansIDE6.9.1 Glassfish3.01 client-server mode. odb file written to db-files/greendesk/greendesk.odb (see persistence.xml), copy of odb output attached. ... a similar extension in ObjectDB was added to issue tracking. Trouble viewing db in Explorer.

I am having trouble with the Explorer.  I can open the db just fine. I can open a few simple extents and view/navigate fine also.  The problem occurs when I view the more complex extents. The Explorer will not repaint the right pane.  I drag off screen to force repaint and get(right pane):     (column1)=[n]     (column2)="Exception"     (column3)= "com.***.businessObjects.*myClass*.__odbSetTracker(Lcom/objectdb/spi/Tracker;)V" #1 2012-06-07 17:46 I am having trouble with the Explorer.  I can open the db just fine. ObjectDB Enhancer Tool in Java 9

I am migrating to Java 9 and have encountered some issues, which I am sure will eventually be addressed by a Java 9 compatible ObjectDB future release, but while waiting for that release, perhaps you could give some advice for my current issues. Firstly, I created my own ObjectDB module.  I try to run com.objectdb.Enhancer from that module, but ObjectDB gives the error below.  My guess is the error is because ObjectDB is trying to detect its objectdb.home location by looking at its objectdb.jar location, which is not valid in a Java module environment. #1 2017-10-07 19:52 I am migrating to Java 9 and have encountered some issues, which I am sure will eventually be addressed by a Java ...
