Request clarification of changes to accessor enhancement policy (non-getter prefix instead of getter suffix) AND annotations

In response to the forum posting http://www.objectdb.com/database/forum/994 changes were made to the way enhancement treats getters and setters (property accessors), namely there are no longer enhanced additional getters/setters, because the additional methods now use (since about version 2-6-5) this pattern: __odbHidden_[accessor_name] Instead of this pattern with a suffix (preserving the method as a setter or getter), prior to version 2-6-5: ... InternalException using 2.3.7_12

Sorry can't shed any light on this, other than the code where this came out of, worked fine with 2.3.7_02. NullPointer running multiple client against server

Hi, I'm running objectdb in server mode, config as it comes out of the box. In this case the database is being used as a queue with multiple seperate processes, each with multiple threads, writing messages. The message is split into a lightweight metadata message to allow fast searching and a more heavy weight data message. The put methods are shown below. The message is made up of an id, insert-time, priority and the payload is a large string. ... To post a reply and/or subscribe to update notifications - please login . ...

ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1

I've attached a test which fails with the error "ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1". It runs 10 threads which create and persist objects. I'm running as follows: java -classpath objectdb.jar;test.jar PersistTest I've attached the test jar, a jar containing the source and the odjectdb.conf. ... JDO PersistenceManager.getSequence() returns null sometimes

When using JDO without annotations, database sequences are normally defined in the ORM file. Following discussion on the forum I was told that ObjectDB supports sequences if specified in the JDO file. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be supported consistently. It appears to work only in the situation that a new odb file has just been created AND something has been persisted to it. If nothing has yet been persisted, or if the odb file is not newly created, getSequence() returns null. Code to reproduce: ...
