Occasionally slow requests in load testing

We are running load testing against objectdb version 2.3.7_18. The performance is generally OK ... of finding out what it is. It does not seem to run out of threads - our monitoring shows around 350 threads in the db server process and it is configured for 400. The server it is running on looks
