, with no exceptions so that's one problem. I have been using /WEB-INF/objectdb.conf ... put a copy in the root directory of my web project and now it is being read. So, I think for now I can live with it in 2 locations: project root for development, and WEB-INF/objectdb.conf for deployment

Git seems not to commit objectdb.conf

git version 1.8.4.1 (Mac OS X) For some reason my Git seems to be "ignoring" (although not in .gitignore) the web/WEB-INF/objectdb.conf in a web app. I can't find anything about the .conf suffix being ignored. Has anybody noticed this and/or found a solution ? webel

How to open a running db in ObjectDB Explorer?

been checked by us so if you try please update. It seems that it is unlikely to succeed if each web application includes its own copy of the objectdb.jar, but may succeed (i.e. both web applications will access their databases in embedded mode) depending on the web server, if the objectdb.jar is shared

java.nio.channels.OverlappingFileLockException

Hello, whenever I re-deploy my web application in Sun Java System Web Server, I get the following exception and the application cannot run anymore. Any clue what I am doing wrong?  I use the file-based db access (local to the web app, as described in your tutorial). Thanks for pointers! Best
