Does "error 522" (connect timed out) have something to do with restrictions despite license activation?

I've been trying to save a class with nested foreign keys, using a db inside an EC2 with Server license I hope I activated. It successfully saves simple classes, but it's not as easy as classes with multiple foreign keys. Indeed, it returns the following error:

I don't know whether it's about restrictions (UserException: "Too many persistable types (>10)"). I hope I did not miss any steps while activating the license inside the server. By the way, I fetched the following message:

What is that for? I pasted the link onto the browser, but it returns the 500 error.

Solved, it was really because of the activation code I wasn't able to fetch from URL.

Good to hear that it was solved. However note that the exception is thrown (according to the stack trace) on an attempt to create a new EntityManager. Activation requires network access only when you run the Activator to obtain the activation code. Maybe both issues (this exception and the attempt to activate) results from the same network access restriction that was solved.
