Hi I haven't used objectdb for 2 years and are considering to use it in a new project. Are there any news on objectdb 3.0, I have noticed there are no new releases for more than a year.

Actually there were several releases in the last year (including version 2.8.7 in Dec 2021 and revisions in January 2022). The rate is indeed slower now because ObjectDB became very stable and less fixes are needed. In addition, to preserve this stability new features are generally not added to the current version.
We are working hard on the next generation of ObjectDB with full backward compatibility to version 2.x and many new features. We will update in due course.
