Issue #739: InternalException using 2.3.7_12

Sorry can't shed any light on this, other than the code where this came out of, worked fine with 2.3.7_02. I had to upgrade to 2.3.7_12 to pickup the fix for wildcard search on index, and now get this.

Thank you for this report, but unfortunately the connection between this stack trace and changes in the last builds is unclear (these specific lines of code have not been changed recently).

A test case that demonstrates the exception will help.

Sorry for the slow reply, I've been away for a couple of days. I have to many classes to easily make this into just one class. I have attached a test and four classes. This demonstrates the exception.

This has been tested against 2.3.7_14
