The ObjectDB 1 manual is available here.
You can use the JDO menu to browse the API - notice that a version is specified for each interface, method, etc. Anything that is marked as JDO 1 should also work with ObjectDB 1.0.
It is recommended, however, to upgrade to ObjectDB 2.
